Billy, can I freemotion with this thing? If so than maybe a 1/4" foot, and a stitch in the ditch foot, I already have an old singer walking foot. So these should do me, along with the free motion foot. Looks like I'll be in business. I just can kick myself over a 100 times for getting rid of my grandmothers old singer treadle machine. At the time I had no idea I would start sewing and wasn't into antiques. So I sold it for about $100 and so regret it now.

Yes you can but the machine is soooo tiny! It is more for piecing blocks together and little projects like darning and so forth.

I'd have wet my pants when I heard "$135"!! So glad you're getting her...you're going to love it!

As for feet? If you're only going to use her for quilting, and Billy's right, it's not a good machine for FMQ or even for grid quilting, (too light weight, and no bed space) all you're going to really use is the straight stitch foot that she comes with...

:)

YOu can buy a quilting (darning?) foot and FMQ! I saw it demonstrated at the International Quilt Festival in Chicago a couple weeks ago, bought the foot and it works fine!
