Omg! I remember back (way back) when Daddy took Mom to the fancy store in town and bought her this very machine! I remember them talking about how expensive it was and that machine should last forever. She taught me to sew on this machine. A few years later, they bought me a machine of my own, a cheap machine that Daddy said would last forever. I sewed so much that I wore the gears out of that cheap machine in less than two years, so Mom let me go back to her Rocketeer. She still has it and all the attachments and "toys" that came with it. She wanted to give it away last year and I told her absolutely not! I think I may ask her if I can being it home next week when I visit.
