For me a scrap is anything less than a fq...

Everything that has been cut, that's my qualification. If I bought it for a specific purpose/project and there is some left over then it's a scrap no matter the size and I leave it as is. I was cutting them into 2 inch squares but that became tedious and so I stopped cutting.

Yep. When I have anything bigger, I fold it up and put the amount of yardage on it.
