Just because it says Hand-quilted doesn't mean it is either. There are some macines now that have what is called a hand-stitch setting. It makes a stitch with a space between the stitches to make it look like hand-quilting.

I made porcelain dolls for many years, some costing over $500 just in materials. China began making them beautifully painted with wonderful wigs and expensive fabrics for ----$89! I was very demoralized.
This looks like they could be doing the same with quilts.

If you ever have a chance to visit the Great Wall of China, you will notice vendors who are selling beautiful quilts. A number of the ethnic minorities in China make beautiful quilts. The Mong people of Viet Nam also make quilts, but their quilts tell a story of their migration from one country to another country.

I have been to Amish country in IND. and have seen the real deal on hand-quilted quilts and they are beautiful but not cheap! I don't hand-quilt but my kids had baby quilts made by Aunt Omie in Penn. and she did beautiful handquilt work.

If you have had the opportunity to go to one of the world fairs and see the exhibits from China you would never again doubt the quality of their handwork. Their top grade work is awe inspiring, jaw dropping "OH my gosh! How do they do that?"" museum quality top of the line

you do know that Amish have used Hmong people from Vietnam to do their quilts for years right?

I checked the label on the back of the quilted pillow case. and followed it to this web page.
Maybe we should all read some of what it says. Saying something is hand made is not necessarily going to mean it was made in USA.

I was at a thrift store a week or so ago and found an absolutely gorgeous quilt for $4.99. It's a twin size little girls' quilt. It had a "made in China" label. It's one of the best made quilts I've ever found in a thrift.
