What to do with creased batting?

I throw a wrung out wet tea towel in the dryer with mine and it works pretty good. I never pre wash my batting but I do put it in the dryer to relax it. I do my polyester clothing that way too. The only thing my iron touches usually is my quilting projects. I did enough ironing when I was young and everything was made of cotton.

If I forget to lay mine out..which is always..I just throw it in the dryer for about 5 min. If you don't have the space for that ~ misting lightly and hanging it to dry using clip hangers sounds like a good idea..

I hold the iron above the creases and allow the steam to penetrate, smooth it a little with my hands, then just let it lie to flatten for a while. The creases don't come out completely but the top and backing hold them flat.
