There are places that will sharpen them. Glenna at Quilts N Stuff used to offer a trade in service. [email protected]

I save the plastic they come in and mark it "used" so I'll know and when it is full I throw it away.

I also use a old pill bottle for blades, dull pins & machine needles. Works great

A really good company. The little gizmos on the market just don't quite cut it.

You can send your old rotary blades to exchange for new rotary blades at a discounted price at LP Sharp Co. Their website is www.lpsharp.com ...a great way to get rid of your used blades.

I keep an empty blade container for my used blades. I mark it with a sharpie. I keep it until I buy another container of 5 blades. I like to keep the old blades around to use for things like cutting paper etc. Things i don't want to use my good blades on. I have used them to cut vinyl etc.

That's what I do.

Cindi, I love your idea. When I identify a dull pin, I could just drop it in. LOVE IT! Thanks for sharing your idea.
