It did the trick, making the table high enough for cutting without making it awkward. Much cheaper than an actual cutting table!

I have the same grey table from Lowes. I bought those hard plastic bed risers to rise it up to my length.

Mine is from Jo-Ann's too and I love it. Just the right height, I even have my ironing board the same height because I am handicapped and can't bend over.

I have folding table that I have put 5 or 6 inch bed risers under and it is the perfect height.

I have a 6 ft. resin table with coffee cans under each leg to make it high enough for cutting without bending over. Much easier on the back.

I used a coupon from Joann's and really love my cutting table. I used to cut fabric on cutting board on my bed or floor (for clothing). Never again. I have my cutting table set up with cutting mats that completely cover the area I use.

I have one of those tables with the fold in legs from JoAnns and have the large mat that fits on top of it. But, if I'm just cutting for a little while I cut on my DR table

I use one of the cutting tables from Joann's. It is sturdy and the right height. I like the fact that it is easy to move and you can use it with both sides up or use just one side up.

I purchased a hobby table with leaves folding down and drawers at Hancock's on sale for $130. After putting it together, I am very pleased with it. It says in the directions it takes 3 hrs to put it together, and, not being very mechanically minded, it took me every bit of that. It doesn't take up much space when I store it. The price at Joann's was $150 no drawers. I do love that you can roll it where you need it and there are 2 locking casters to keep it stationery. I want to use it for cutting out clothing and also quilting.

I raised a table in my sewing room and use it to cut one. Use PVC pipe to extend the legs. Amazingly stable. REALLY helps with back pain!
