Me too! I've just started downloading audio books from the library! YEAH! Free books...almost. I have to pay a yearly fee for Charlotte library because I don't acutally live in that county. But I can download as many books as I can listen to and that is great because I listen to at least 4 books a week.

I listen to CD's. Mostly new age soothing music. Stitch, enjoy the feel of fabric, color, look out my windows at the forest, and zone out!

i love to listen to music that meshes with the era i'm working on. 30s repro needs old time radio shows or 30s music. 50s fabric, same thing. if i'm working on something contemporary, ditto. cowboy themed, country. and when i'm sewing renaissance festival stuff, i listen to renaissance era music. silly--but it works for me.

I always listen to audio books on my Zen Mosaic player while I'm longarm quilting. Makes the time go by more quickly it seems.
