Sewnoma

Hah...my sewing "room" overflowed the "spare" bedroom and now I've taken over the living room for my sewing, and it's quite full. DH has the family room as his "Movie Cave" and I have the living room as my "Sewing Cave". I still have the spare bedroom too, that's where all of my painting, sculpting and drawing stuff has gone, along with batting storage. DH has the other spare bedroom for his "office" and his fish tank. It's all very fair and we like our spaces but it doesn't leave room for guests!

But we don't have any kids and rarely get overnight guests other than our house sitter, and she just sleeps in our bed. If we do get guests, our couch is actually REALLY comfy to sleep on, and we have an air mattress that we can make space for in the Movie Cave so that's room for 3 people. Otherwise, there is a variety of hotels about 3 miles from our house, or there's an expensive B&B about a block away if you want to be pampered.
