What is the most unique way you have hung a wall hanging?

I use the clip on hangers and curtain rods. We have a 4 level house and you can see the back of furniture in the main level from the kitchen/dining room level. So a spring-type curtain rod in the wooden columns hides that and makes for a better appearance. It also blocks glare from kitchen lights on TV screen. There are 3-28/36" spaces between 4 columns. One section has a wall hanging, working on others. 3 more in kitchen.

Very cool idea!!
For my City & Guilds I designed and created a wall hanging from a picture that I took at a rock concert...... I hung the hanging from the neck of a guitar with guitar strings!!! I have posted a picture.....

What about using a hockey stick as a hanging rod? Just a thought.
I have a Christmas wall hanging that I hang on a dowel that is longer than the quilt is wide. I painted the too long ends gold and hang ornaments over them on ribbons along side of the quilt. Looks nice & I can use the same dowel the rest of the year under another wall hanging that it fits nicely under.
Love yours with the fishing lures! I may have to come up with a take-off from your idea. If I do I'll post a pic. What a way to have even more fun with quilting!
