What quilting book have you added to your library recently?

Two second hand books which I have just added to my collection were bought on trade me for $8.00 NZ total.
I am thrilled with both of these!!
'Drunkard's Path' an easy no pins technique by Anita Murphy
'Happy Trails' variations on the classic drunkards path pattern by Pepper Cory
Both have wonderful pics of antique and contemporary quilts, loads of great instructions and tips and all the templates to copy from in the back. I could not believe my luck at getting these two fantastic books.
I have a hand project on the go using this pattern working with some very pretty fabrics OklahomaSuzie sent me some time back. Might be a while until I post pics as it is a project for Dr's waiting rooms and such but it is surprising just how much you can get done that way.

I have been reading all the posts and enjoying the tips and ideas for a few years, and have not had anything to contribute until now. I just purchased Happy Endings by Mimi Dietrich and The Quilter's Edge by Darlene Zimmerman. I had been checking out The Quilter's Edge from the library from time to time, and I thought it was time to just own it. It is a great book.

Just last night I purchased this one:
"The Quilter's Album of Patchwork Patterns: 4050 Pieced Blocks for Quilters"
I don't have it yet. But my understanding is that it is an encyclopedic reference for quilt blocks. I have the other one about 5500 quilt blocks, but it does not have the research that the new book does, only the blocks. I like knowing the names and history of the blocks.
Then, before that: every cat quilt book I could find!

i haven't bought any books recently, but i have purchased some magazines and pattern:McCalls quilting N/D 2008 and N/D 2009, 4 older F&P LOQ mags at the quilt show, 2 pattern for PP bird quilt and 1 of a PP birhouse quilt, bow tie tuck tote and i have one on order-Thinkint outside the block.
