    I think it wants to be an umbrella. Iron-on vinyl or serious waterproofing spray. It would make an awesome umbrella!

    The fabric is too adorable. I'd probably try to use it as a solid piece and not cut it at all.

    I would find some solids to coordinate with it and make a strip tube quilt. Lovely colors.
