Yes, I have a "let down" feeling. I love being in the middle of something. Like right now, I'm in the process of doing a Bargello. The double heart one somebody on the board showed us recently. I fell in love with it but now I'm wondering what the heck I let myself in for. I'm not a bit happy with my fabric choices but had limited LQSs avail. to me. I just hope & pray it turns out since I really want it for my bed.

Yes, yes, yes. I just finished a bargello that I really love. I feel like it will be a long time before I make something I like as much. The next project will not be able to compare to the bargello.

As I was working on my latest quilt I fell in love with the pattern. As I continued working on it, I have started to hate the pattern....Part of it is my fault though.
I'm super excited to get it done, because it is a present and I know she is going to love it!

Not really. I work so slow that I am happy to have it finished so I can move on to my next project.

I'm slow, too, so I'm glad to be finally finished.

Yes, specially when I'm chain piecing. You go from nothing done to all done.
But then I get over it and move on to something else.

It is a funny feeling of accomplishment, anticipation for which already started project to pick up and a tinge of regret that a friend is leaving the fold.

Mostly what I feel is relief, its done. And by then I wonder why I ever started. A little time goes by and I fall in love with it all over again. Meantime there are many UFOs waiting for my attention so I get going again.

Nope, always have lots on my "to do list" and look forward to scratching some of those quilts off the list.

That would be a NO. Too many other projects waiting in the wings. I just had to drop one project - to start 8 mini ones to finish in two weeks. Too many projects, not enough hours.
