when I purchase fabic and bring it home I mark selvage edge with the yardage. This way I know how many yards are there when I am working on my projects I don't have to take the time to measure it

What a wonderful idea for our feathered friends. I use a piece of felt to lay thread clippings on and now I'll put the threads outside too!

I use a large clip board that has a storage bin when opened. I put sandpaper on the top near the clip so I can work on my projects and they wont slip. Great for Applique' blocks

The other day I used a set of pots and pans from the kitchen to trace out circles.
