I like a lot of the ideas here, but was surprised no one mentioned using some of it as a backing.
I bought a paneled print on sale a few years ago, simply bc I thought it would make a nice backing.
Kind of makes a quilt reversible.
so many opportunities here, like appliqueing in the center of the blocks.
I sew garments so I vision bags and things too.

Find something that goes with it and make ten minute squares. Use the size of the squares not the ten inches that that calls for.

Cut the borders out and see if you can border a quilt with it! Use the other for inclusion in a pattern and add some fabrics that have the colors that blend with it. If you have twenty yards you've got enough for maybe two quilts!

How about cutting into triangles, and finding a color to go with them. Make a HST quilt.

You could get some large grommets and make breezy curtains for a summer porch if you had one. Not quilting, but useful just the same.

OK I want to do a small S&W but I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around how. Since these are 14" square panels how would I do it? The fabric is 45"wide.
