Has anyone tried the 10 minute block or three seam block. It is a lot of fun and is my go to for fast. Can be done in a week from start to finish.

My favorite is either Trip Around the World (strip pieced with wide, chunky strips) or Double Nine Patch (ditto on the strip pieced chunky part!)

I'm going to try Carpenter Star soon...can adjust to almost any size you want...on large one, or a series of smaller ones.

I really like Urban Cabin by Atkinson. I have made about a dozen using that pattern with all kinds of different fabrics and I like them all.

Snowball block and bear paw, and log cabin are my favorites. At least for now!

When my sister did a quick quilt, she did "Star Fling". I'm not sure , but I think it's an "Atkinson" pattern. She liked it , cuz you never have to worry about loosing the points on the stars. I love all the different ideas coming out.

I thought that the shadow quilts go together really fast. Much faster than I thought they would. You need some pretty fabric, though, for a feature fabric. I made these charity quilts, no problem in less than a day of sewing.

and as always, the one I used for my AK quilt: ("Nature Rhythms". .http://www.clothworkstextiles.com/pd...ythmsquilt.pdf)
