Pam Bono has some of the best piecing patterns. She has a new website and offers an online membership that is a darn good deal. http://www.pambonodesigns.com/

I just ordered A Fine Line by Melody Crust but it is not a pattern book it is a book on quilting techniques and inspiration. I love it. I got it on Ghost Rider's recommendation from another thread.

For patterns some of my favorite "go to" books are 101 Fabulous Rotary Cut Quilts by Judy Hopkins and NAncy Martin. I also like the book Quilts! Quilts!! Quilts!!!

Back in November I also got a bunch of books for my birthday. 2 of them that have quite a few patterns I want to try are Stellar Quilts by Judy Martin and Crazy for Scraps by Sally Schnieder. The scrap one has 19 patterns but only about half caught my eye. The Stellar quilts book has some gorgeous quilts but the patterns are very challenging.

I just bought 'Remembering Adelia' by Kathleen Tracy.
Lots of lovely patterns if you like reproductions.

I just got a couple of the 'Nickel Quilts' books by Pat Speth. Ever get obsessed with something? I've been getting men's shirts at thrift stores & cutting them into 5" charms. I have enough to do several quilts, but can't seem to stop. Need a 12 step program. Here in MI there seems to be lots of gorgeous 100% cotton Aloha shirts. Some look like batik. I can just picture it, you go on an exotic vacation, get caught up in the atmosphere, buy a couple of tropical shirts, get back to MI and then, hmmm, don't seem to go with the snow!

I got the Not your grandmother's tumbling blocks book. I collect quilting books more than I collect fabric. I actually get nervous when fabric starts to pile up b/c it is so hard to keep organized. Books stay on a shelf so nicely...
