As I read through responses, I had a flashback. I was a principal and always had a spare pair of glasses in my desk. One day I couldn't find my glasses and retraced my steps through the school. The secretary looked through my office and couldn't find them. We did an "all call" on the PA (public address) and teachers and students did a quick look around. I gave up and pulled out my spare pair, and put them on OVER MY GLASSES. It must have been time for a new prescription. Everybody had a good laugh and the search stopped.
