Where can I buy one throat plate screw?

I would be careful wrapping anything around it, you need to be able to easily get it out again. :)

you can also go to www.cutsewservice.com and go to the parts database and it will give you a choice of part number or containing, then go to containing and type in throat plate screw and it should give you different models and hopefully you can find one or you can call them (they are in california) and ask if they have one. The more you buy the cheaper it will be. and you'll have extras. If this helps.

I looked there but couldn't find any screws like I need.

Yes they said they could order me some but I was hoping to find one alot cheaper than what they'd charge. I mean a screw should only cost about a nickle or less, right?
I don't begrudge anyone making a profit but not 1000% or something.

My husband also says look for a Fastenal store where you live that's also where he finds some.

Thanks. I googled and the closest one is about 20miles. That's kind of far to go for one screw so I'll wait till I have to go that way for another reason and then visit the Fastenal store.

I am free to check my Local sew and vac shop, on monday.
i will see if they have two for your Pfaff. the dealer is just down the street, about 1.5 miles! besides, i like to go in and drool over the new machines..! LOL!

Oh that's so sweet of you, thank you, but my SIL told me just now of a sew and vac place near us so I'll check tomorrow or Monday.
