This is my first time at pp it's New York Beauty!
I haven't thought about how to place them yet, this is just one of those projects I pick up when I need a break from something else I'm doing.
In the second pic, you will notice blocks only half done, I don't want to decide on the background colours until I work on the placement.
Oh, and can I say I think everyone has done well with their PP, some really nice patterns here.

I think her PP patterns are the easiest to follow and give you templates for pre-cutting your fabrics.
Here is a pic of what I've done so far.

I admit the curves are a bit tricky, but there not hard to do. I think I was only able to do it because I have sewn for a lot of years.
All I can say is follow your lines, sew very slowly. It would be much easier if you could watch someone do them.
But you can do it...........what I would suggest, pin at each end to start with, put a pin in the centre and then try. Once you have done it the first time there will be no stopping you. One other thing sew from the inside, don't try to sew from the outside............clear as mud I expect!
Lets know how you go anyway. :D

Crlyn... I'm new at quilting. When you say sew from the inside rather than the outside....... could you elaborate on that? Which is which?
Sheree.... I'll need some clarification on that also.
I'm a guy --- things don't sink in as well as they use to...
