Who makes scrappy quilts?
#287
I love scrappy quilts, they are the most visually interesting to me. I've thoroughly enjoyed every page of this thread, all of the fabulous quilts that have been shared here were so inspiring and fun to look at, I feel like I've been to a scrappy quilt show! :D

I love to use up my scraps in quilts. Both of my grandmothers were quilters and there was no such thing as buying fabric for a quilt. My brother's quilt had pieces of a maternity dress my mom wore while she was pregnant with him. She got a stain on the dress and my grandmother said not to throw it out, she knew just what to use it for!
