Not sure, I will be in the kitchen most of the day, I have family coming for dinner. But you can bet I will be there the next day loading a quilt on Tin Lizzie getting ready to start some serious quilting. My quilt shop has a sale on Christmas fabrics so naturally i bought some for next years Christmas projects. Happy New Year to all

i'm not sure if i will be sewing or cleaning..I have done nothing but work on my next quilt top, but that means no picking up has been done. I go back to work on Jan 4 and can't go back w/ my house in this chaos!

That is "Christmas" for our family, so no quilting for me. I'll be cooking and visiting instead.

I'll be sewing, it going to rain here in south Mississippi and I just got back for a 6 day vacation during Christmas and I'm having withdrawls.....I'm still cutting and sewing the crayon box pieces/blocks. I have ironed a ton of scraps and I'm determined to cut them ALL up into this pattern so far I've sewn 40 blocks and have 30 more started and fabrc coming out my ears to cut.

Considering my sore arms from all the Christmas sewing I have orders from my daughter to say out of my sewing room for a week. That room is a disaster. Am I the only one who makes such a mess?

I will start to quilt again on New Year's Day - my resolution to me! I have so many quilts for family members I want to get done - I have 2 cut out and ready to do - so I can flip a quarter - or just start sewing - one is applique'd pictures of horses on blocks for my cowgirl niece in WY and the other is a fan quilt with The Princesses on the back for my great niece... sort of a mix of oldfashioned with new, done in all pastel florals for the fans... Many projects to do - just need the time to do them.
