No exactly what you mean. Fell on the stairs and dislocated my elbow last year. Still remember the frustration when even the simplest things take twice as long, if possible at all. But at least we have something good to look forward to. Hope your recovery is swift and problem free. You'll soon be making up for lost time.

Ouch!!! I hope you heal up quickly!!! Follow the Dr. orders and don't overdue!!!! I have had a couple of shoulder surgeries, I got in lots of reading, I poured over lots of patterns, watched video's etc!!

I bet you will surprise yourself at how well you will learn to use your other hand/arm to do things when you get desperate enough!

An injury sure makes us more aware of how wonderful it is to among the TABs (Temporarily Able Bodied)

We do take a lot of things for granted, like fastening your bra, pulling up a pair of pants, squeezing toothpaste out of the tube.....You poor thing, but I do know that this board can keep you glued right here and enlightened and entertained for days on end...ask me how I know!!!!LOL

such encouraging advice!!!! i knew i could count on you...i will follw that advice and do all i can to read, watch and listen so when the tim e comes i'll be ready!!!! and yes! i DID get rid of the rug ...and the house shoes too!!!! :) thanks.... you are a special group of people!!!! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
