    Personally I use 3 myself.
I agree with AliKat's use. I have an extension table on my machine. If I clip the entire binding, the wonder clips get caught on the edge of the table, so now I just clip as I go.

I was taught to quilt using the Wonder Clips - and I can't imagine what it would be like without them. I have now purchased 2 of the larger boxes for me, and 1 for each of my 3 daughters - they love them, too! Have never tried the glue - thanks for the tip!

Remember to only use Elmer's Washable School Glue and there is a tutorial here on how to sandwich a quilt including pictures for those unfamiliar with the technique.

I love my wonder clips too and have had a couple of my girlfriends fall in love with them as well, I told them I use the clips 99% instead of pinning pieces together. Pinning moves my fabrics just enough that they maybe a tad off at the seams I want to match, the clips are secure enough that you can clip the pieces and open them before you sew to make sure the seams are exactly where you want them. I had the small package but when I had a 50% from Joann's I bought the box full - 32 I believe. Love them!

I love the Wonder Clips, but I just clip as I go. I find that if I clip past the corner of a quilt when binding that I have to relocate the clips anyway so I've never bothered to purchase more than the original 10.

I also love the wonder clips, I have both the red and green. They are expensive but so are a lot of things we buy for our hobby. I say is it is needed and makes our lives a lot easier and happier go for it. You only go around once in this old world so i try to make the best of it. Watch and get the wonder clips on sale. If you ever use them you will fall in love. I also heard if these on this Blog, love this place. I am in here everyday and most times several times. Well Merry Christmas to you all and maybe you will get some wonder clips for Christmas. Have a nice day, Granny

It isn't like our supplies are going to expire as long as we use them. Usually it's a onetime cost.
