Wondering about this new blade sharpener... anyone else?

For me, buying new blades or other sewing/quilting supplies means a 60-mile round trip. If this thing works, maybe it would at least sharpen a blade enough to let me finish a project before I have to make the trip to buy a new one.

I found some on sale at Joanns for 1/2 price. I was very pleased to say the least. Regular price is over $10 for one.
