Yes I would put a border on your beautiful quilt. The green will frame it like a picture.

I prefer borders. It's like framing a picture, gives it a finished look!

Beautiful quilt! Yes, it need borders, maybe two. I would do a Stonehenge then maybe a solid? Very nice.

Unless you need it to be larger I would not. It looks like a work of art love your colors and the placement. Great job!!
