Had a good experience like yours with Batiks, Etc., in Wytheville, Virginia. They were very busy getting ready for a show on the weekend, but graciously allowed me to poke around for almost an hour. If you are driving along I-81 in western Virginia, do stop in.

That is great customer service. Our LQS owner is terrific and is all about customer service. If you drive by on her closed day and see her car she will always make time for you. Love her lots!!
