That's why we love quilting! Awesome people! I hope her area shows their appreciation with business so she stays open. So many nice shops closing...sad

I love to hear about quilt shops like that. You hear about shops with terrible customer service and a poor attitude towards the customer way too often.

What a lovely thing for her to do. THat is why I believe in suppolrting my local shops rather then the big ones. Makes you realize that there still are some very nice people in the world. Happy quilting.

Isn't it great when you get treated so nicely. Sometimes clerks forget that customers are her job security.
The lady you had was wonderful. With the economy the way it is I would imagine most shops would go out of their way to make a good sale.
Glad you found a great shop and glad the shop now has you for a loyal customer!!
