Batting and stuffing go in the trunk of the car. They don't weigh much so I don't use any more gas. They take up a lot of room in the house but I can just keep smashing the trunk lid shut while I sing more, more more!

I refuse to believe there is such a thing as too much stash!! I still have plenty of room left in my bins, though...not quite to hoarding status yet.

Oh wow do I feel at home here. I swear everytime I turn around I'm finding more fabric I forgot I had purchased. I've been pretty good so far this year although I did buy the end of a bolt today or a red marble I really liked. I'm always wanting something like that to make quilts pop. I've been laughing alot tho lately because I have quite a stash of pansy and butterfly fabrics (among the rest) and I got two gift bags this last year from my secret stitcher that was almost all duplicates of ones I already had..lol
I just joined the boomerang ex. I won't be buying any fabric for it I have plenty to probably do 6 or 8 of these each a different theme and never buy a piece. lol
I think I'll do batiks this time as I love the finished projects with these but have come to realize I don't actually enjoy working with them myself. What a great way to use some of my batik stash and get enough blocks for a quilt without having to do them myself.
I still would never be able to use all my stash if I never bought another piece. Like that is going to happen...NOT!!

Your stash might be too large when Dh is "helping" you find a matching piece of fabric (HIS idea and not mine) and he's slightly horrified (terrified???) by all the different blues he has to choose from for the match. :)
