    I like #2 -- there is just enough blue and neutral to make the rust and gold brighter.

    #1 looks a little monotone (dull) to me.
    #3 has too much blue - overpowers the other colors
    #4 has too many colors - the sashing seems to become the focal point instead of the blocks

    JMHO.

    I like the first one the best as well. The second and third one almost take on a southwestern look. The 4th one seems a bit busy, and like another poster said, seems to draw the eye away from the leaves. What would it look like if you did a light or sky blue as the background for the leaves?

    I prefer #2. The blue makes everything "pop", and the pale green provides just the right contrast. The two blues together in #3 are too matchy-matchy for me. #1 looks a little washed out to me (plus my family is biased against green); #4 looks a little busy.
