I just love the way you pick out fabrics not knowing if they will work and then a pattern. Then the pieces become blocks and your still not sure how it will work and then you have a row. But when you attach it to other rows, how everything changes. I am truly loving this. I got my husband out of bed to hold the quilt so I could take pics. LOL Last night I tried for over an hour to post pics. But this morning-tada. Everyone have a great weekend. I am now going to tackle my 'sewing room'. Try to do a good cleaning before grandbabies get back.

I've just spent a few minutes catching up and everyone has done such beautiful work on all the rows!
I have been working on Amanda's row, but am still a little behind. Here is a block to give you an idea - I have shamelessly stolen an idea from one of the swaps on this board, but I think the garden-style dresden plate fits Amanda's theme well and I wanted to try it! Here is a picture of one of the finished blocks - the other four are in process. Basically I just need to finish the applique stitching. Unfortunately I will miss the mailing deadline, but only by a few days. I'll get it to you as soon as I can Theresa!
