My candies are all packed up and addressed...going in the mail tomorrow! Glad you returned home safely, Barb and thank you for your prayers. One day at a time.

It's still hotter than a spitting griddle here in Texas. There are days when we don't leave the house! So very grateful for A/C! Looking forward to some cooler temperatures...we have had triple digits this year more than many years before.

I love that my post office has a kiosk. I can do business anytime. 4 birthday envelopes went out today. The others will go out in another week or so. Have a good week everyone.

Pkgs going out Monday with corrected New Mexico abbreviation for Nora. Waiting for new addy from Lv1sew.
Bad storm last night, lighting & thunder for hours! Needed the rain though.

Michelle, when I read your original post on my email, it said "canines" instead of candies, and I started laughing out loud! That's all I need, a few more canines around here!! Oh my goodness - my DH actually followed my directions on how to locate stamped envelopes and address them. He said they went out this morning! Sorry Luv2sew - hope you can receive at that address or I will send another!! Every now and then DH amazes me.

Just mailed out all of my September birthday candies. Got the corrections on the ones that needed it.
I know it's early but I had them ready so just mailed!!!
