2015/16 birthday swap...candy style 2.5"

A new job! Very exciting! I manage my husband's medical office. The software we use had a major upgrade and it's deleted an employee and half of MY work load. That makes ME happy. Though I've never let an employee go before. :/ I'm hoping for more sew time, but with two daughters having babies I think my time will be full. A new grand son in two weeks or so and a new grand daughter in February. I'll be spending a month or so in Minot, ND!!! Brrrrrrrrrrrr

Thank you, Mat (Marcia). Your card arrived today. I've been collecting greeting cards my adult life, they can be recycled in fabulous ways.
Oh I found out friends & family throwing me a 60th bd party - dinner with live band at a big hall in town. Kids coming from out of state for the party with grand kids in tow & will stay through Christmas and bff & hubby will dine with all of us Christmas Day, so I probably will not get to open your cards until after the holiday dishes get done & hubby goes back to the base. Will post pics of your cool charms afterward.
Happy birthday letsquilt!
Deck them halls y'all!
hugs,
dj

December treats went in the mail this morning! Happy birthday, gals.
I just returned from the Christmas Tea at my church. What a fun creative event. My table had a quilt for a table cloth and everyone went home with a Christmas mug rug. Oh, it is a wonderful start of the season. Now, I want to crash. Why does such fun wear you out. Oh, well, I already have plans running about in my head for next year's event. Silly me!
