I have been busy quilting the rose bud runner and I am pleased with the center quilting, not so much the pumpkin seed on the edge.

Ube love the quilting. It's really turning out so beautiful. Isn't someone artful. (rocks)

finally feeling up to checking on what you have all been up to! This is like a sleeper cell - no action for weeks, then all of a sudden we wake up! lol Survived my knee surgery, just barely I think! This is definitely worse than childbirth! Of course in addition to pain, limited mobility & general crankiness (according to my hsb! lol) I'm going through sewing withdrawal! If I could do my knee exercises at the sewing machine, I'd be right back at it! Hopefully, only few more days, then I can do little bits at a time! In the meantime I'm searching for runner ideas!

Glad your ok Sue. My sister-in-law had both knees replace 6 months apart. She didn't think it was worth it till after healing. Now she is so happy she did it. She said you have to do the therapy to make it work. Good luck and I'll pray again for you. Like Ube said for now enjoy your meds and hopefully being waited on. lol.

I have two table runners done except for the top stitching. The first reminds me of ice sherbert in lime, raspberry, blueberry, and coconut. The second just speaks to me of sunny hot days in the country. Choose the one you like if you end up being my swapee.

Both are so pretty and I would enjoy either but those polka dots and green and pink are a bit of awesome sauce
to me.

Love them both but the spiral catches my eye for sure.

Une I love your quilting. Do you just free motion or do you draw your pattern or have a template?

sue glad your knees getting better..don't push it and let it mend !

belfry bat. I love both too. The spiral one reminds me of a sea creature, swirling its way thru the water.

im still working on my runner. I have finished the top but had to go shopping for the backing fabric. Couldn't find anything suitable but came up with a plan. I still have plenty of time to finish it.

Belfrybat both are very beautiful but since I love Blue I would have to go with the spiral and my table is a round table I do believe it would look awesome on it.
