Greenini, did you watch any of the videos on YouTube about this? If you Search "coiled fabric baskets" or "clothesline fabric baskets", you will get a few hits of tutorials and videos. I've watched a couple, but never tried any yet.

No I haven't yet. In all my spare time...I will take a quick look.
I'm still buried in unpacking from our 2 month trip in the van (you should see the stack of clean t shirts that have made it thru the laundry, but not into the drawers yet) and the vintage machines that followed me home, I swear they did......
I realized I hadn't touched a machine to sew and the clothesline was sitting there all wrapped and everything and so I figured I'd play with that for a bit....I was really looking to do a hot plate for my SP as a home made thing, but that didn't work out so well......

And our AC has died: seems the local ant colony had decided that our AC unit, on the roof no less, was a great place to commit suicide, they keep piling up in the electrical connection and fry themselves and it, so we're sitting here waiting for the service guy who is on his way, I hope this is just a quick and cheap replacement, anyway we NEED it, there's no way I can sleep without AC.....
I may not get my SP's package in the mail till tomorrow the way things are going.

Got my squishie from Shelrox! Donna thank you for the squishie. I love it all! I got all these wonderful goodies and I forgot to take a photo of what was inside the small red mini tote. Inside were several 2" in squares and embroidery needles! Again thank you Shelrox!
All the wonderful goodies, fabric, thread, notecards, tote bag pattern...!

Well mine is going out today to my SP on the east side of the country. It may take it till Thursday or Friday to arrive. I have been fortunate for it to only take two days using the priority mail, but won't bet on it. I have never been to this state and would like to sometime and it is on the "North" side of things. I know she will like it because I read her list well. Excited I am getting it out quickly this month. Have to have foot surgery and did not want to miss mailing it. Squishies and firmies are looking good already.
