Bless you migraines are no fun, I used to get them often, not so much any more. Could be the gluten free diet, anything is worth a try, triggers for me are strong cologne and body sprays, everyone knows not to come to my house with strong perfume on. I hope it works for you or atleast helps.

    JennyPenny,

I kept trying to post a picture but QB is not letting me
do that today so here is a link to get a SNEAK PEAK

I am not even close to being half finished yet, but I am
    getting there.

Looks great so far. Great minds are thinking alike here. I am using a mauve/ purple "Fusions" fabric in the one I am making for you! Looks like we both have acorns. Don't worry about not being half done- the month is not at the halfway point yet either!

OK at the moment, but the sky is looking pretty darn scary right now. I'm thinking there was an earth shift and we got part of Kansas! Thanks for thinking of us ... still a few hours to go before it blows through.

Wanda lou - such a pretty quilt to start off this month.
Has your doc had you avoid mono sodium glutemate (MSG) yet? A lady I work with found out it was a major trigger for her.

All i have to do is put the binding on mine and mail - guess I need my partner's address first huh? LOL

I have hit a small block with my center. I got my center! But my first round didn't work out so well. In fact, It looked awful. My mother agreed. So, back to the drawing board. I will be working tomorrow. So, next week, I will re-pull different fabrics and try again. Glad I started early.

this pic is for dragon nana i wanted to show her a pic of something for her i am making. this was the only place i can think of to post it so she can see it. so Paula i changed somethings on them, like i am not doing the stimpling (probably spelled wrong sorry ladies) on the background and the flowers will not be.ribbon i found these beautiful small roses made out of ribbon and i added butterflys and lady bugs to them and the eyes of he birds are seed beads so i hope you like what i have done. once Paula gets them she will post a pic of what they actually look like. Have a wonderdul week ladies

I am sitting here wondering if I should add little gold beads or not.. if I do that it is for walls or dolls only if I dont it could go as a table topper.. what say you great ones/ i love love love those three little wall hangings. Did you design that yourself? they are adorable. The sneak peaks are great. hope to get mine in the mail on Monday. Today is strawberry jam day and two other blocks laying on the table saying MAKE ME FIRST

Linda I am not sure if you were talking about my pic or not but just in case I wanted to answer, No i did not design those wall hangings, wish I did, but no I saw a book at JoAnn's Fabric store and saw them on the front book cover and just had to buy the book, lucky me the books at that time was 50% off, but the books name is: Folk Quilt Applique, by Claire Kingslake and all of the projects in the book are great. There is a blanket I am going to make that has birds on it. just a great book and the instructions are great to understand also. Have a wonderful day

Oh yes MSG's are a real no no.
And we no longer eat out, I have not eaten in a restarant in over a year, because of cross contamination with gluten. I have had one migrain in the past 9 months and it was triggered because of AXE body spray my son was wearing.
