Quiet Christmas yesterday. Beautiful snow, perfect, untouched and so quiet you can hear the flakes falling. Birds were actively noshing on fresh "Christmas" seeds. I had the chance to watch two old movies and work on the binding of a medium/large quilt and enjoy homemade potato soup. Nope, I did not spill on the quilt! Tee-Hee-Hee! Will finish it today, soup and quilt. One more quilt to be bound then I can start a new one. Yippee! Merry Christmas to all, yes, I know yesterday was THE day but many of us will be celebrating at different times to meet with friends and family. So Christmas wishes as still coming your way from me. Keep the joy moving day after day after day. Set the quilting aside and enjoy family or fill you quiet time with a bit of creativity and warmth. Blessings to you all at this busy and special time of the year.

WMUTeach, that sounds like a lovely and peaceful Christmas to me. I love how quiet it is on Christmas mornings. It's one of my favorite things about the holidays. No traffic, all is calm.

I am in shock...I can't believe it.... I have the January birthday packages ready to go and it isn't even January yet! It is amazing what retirement or at least partial retirement can do to the clock and calendar. Keep any eye out January gals, your treats are on their way!
