I have perennial flower beds all around my house. It's almost impossible for me to pick a favorite! I'm run toward the cool colors, white, blue, purple and pink. Not crazy about orange, orange-red, yellow or yellow-orange. But those moonbeam coreopsis sure are cute . If I HAD to pick one of many it might be lupines. They just make me smile.

Great question Crispy_Frog....

I guess I am drawn to quilts with our 2 1/2 squares. I am addicted to these little candies. I am always looking at quilts to see if they can be changed into our candies. I also love scrappy.

Bougainvillea, too!
Pieced quilts, I enjoy the pattern movement & colors! Learning to applique, do appreciate the symmetry/placement.
We made it home, thanks for the travel prayers!
hugs,
dj

Barb Helibors are growing here (Pacific Northwest) now and will bloom in a few weeks. Once the blooms come, large leaves form which stay until winter. The flowers stay about two months and form seeds which sometimes make new plants under the big leaves. I've had the same plants for over 20 years and have many starts as well which I share with others.
