This is one of the few I remember the name of.

It's called Robbing Peter to Pay Paul. I got it from the 1,000 any size blocks book.

Arizona Kat...is the pink and black/white/grey fabric block you made RobbingPeter to pay Paul?? I was thinking it went by another name too, maybe?

It probably has several different names in that particular book. It seems they had to duplicate patterns in different colors to make the 1,000 blocks.

I want to remind everyone that completed blocks must be in my hands on Saturday, October 25. If you haven't posted any pictures or don't regularly post here, expect to hear from me by email. While there is still time, the end of the swap is in sight and I don't want anyone to be caught out! So far, we've been lucky since Boom 11. All have ended on time and even a few days early with all blocks received. I hope that "Lucky Boom 13, Clover" will continue that streak.

The weekend is coming up so I hope you all enjoy it. I plan to take the weekend away from the computer but I'll be back checking in with you early next week. I'm going to play at being an ostrich and pretend the world doesn't exist for just a few days. Fingers crossed it works!

I'm going to a grape stomping festival with my daughter. Picture the classic 'I Love Lucy' episode - - - yep! That's what I'm going to be doing! So excited! I'll be purple up to my knees!

Have a great weekend all!

Sounds like fun Jane, would love to be a bystander. We are at the lake starting the close up routine. Next weekend we will be finished for the season. Always a sad time but it's also nice to have our weekends free once more. Terriamn

Terriamn, the "hiding" went pretty well but it was more hiding in plain sight. Time spent in the country, star gazing, an overdue motorcycle ride, playing with the dogs, gardening, reading and some quilting. What better weekend could i have asked for? Grape-stomping...that's what my weekend lacked. Grape stomping! lol How was that Jane?
