ArizonaKat, that is exactly how I do it. It is less stressful that way. imho. Joanelizbay, I still have all my boom blocks to put together. I made the mistake yesterday of writing down all the ufo's I could think of....oh, my. I have at least 6 sets. To reduce this number, DH is going to give me a day at the LA for Christmas. For $75, she will teach me to use the machine and let me use it all day, so I am going get a few things done after the first of the year. At least, that's the plan....

Thats exactly what I did too I just had a lot of free time back then and got all of my blocks for both groups done and sent in at the same time.........next time I will not start the 2nd group so soon.
here is the silly part I am really looking forward to getting them yet I have 4-or-5 other obligations that need to be done before I can even think about putting this quilt together hahahaha and yes I will be joining the next one too.

I'm right there with you, I have several (more then three, probably more then five) sets of blocks from different swaps that I need to put together, but it doesn't seem to keep me from joining new swaps!!!!! lol

Well, it depends upon when I get the remaining two packages. I've learned that they're both going to be late, but I'll mail within a couple of days of receiving them. Will let you all know when they're in my hands.

??? I don't know. I'm out of town and I didn't expect any packages. I will let you know when I get home. (The usps site said your package would arrive on Monday. Good for you for getting it in on time.)

Ladies my last day of work is officially the 31st of this month. Plans are to put together a few of my swap tops. Big decision is to I go in order or just pick and choose? Probably won't start any of them till after Christmas so I can actually take the time to enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas

Hello there, swappers. I'm still waiting to hear from GP that she's shipped her blocks. An email on Friday indicated she was ready to ship but I've not heard anything yet. I'll try reaching her again today for an update. Thought you'd all want to know...
