I love all these new blocks. I have two more done. First one is for QuilterMomma, Paper Pinwheel. Second is for Billi, Anvil. Hope you like them, Ladies.

Libster & Terriamn, thanks for the kind words. Yes, I noticed this group seems to be showing 2 blocks for each f8, so that's what I was trying to do. So with that said, I used some of the same black tot to stretch Terriamn's fabric to make the modified bear paw below. The block with the green is called "Box Kite". The orange almost exactly matches the scrap you sent, Terriamn. Hope you like them.

The "double up" I think is b/c each person who sent the "extra" f8's to make a complete set of 19 gets a few duplicate f8's. I think jaba was able to sew both from one f8 since one of those she got was requesting the extra fabric to be returned since it was all she had.

Thanks Kassaundra. Helps me feel better about how I cut fabric. All the blocks so far are beautiful.

All2pieces, sorry the two blocks of each fabric was confusing. For those of us who chose to send 19 f8s and make 19 blocks in return, we had to receive two f8s from a few people. But you are never expected to sew more than one block from each f8 you receive. Your blocks are very pretty, btw! Love the bear claw and box kite.

Teriamn and Libster, yours are pretty as well. Love seeing all the blocks.

Well, here is my FINAL block... wah, boo hoo. It was fun but I am done. This last one is for Lstew2212 and is the Celtic Twist block.

This fabric is so pretty... reminds me of a Monet painting.
