Time to update everyone in Opal!

Packages were rec'd and checked from the following people:

All2pieces
Jaba
Joanelizbay
Libster
Ljdugas
Lum
Moonrise
Sewbizgirl
Terriamn

Everything is there and all looks very good. Better than half have been rec'd for Opal. Great job!

More packages are due in today and tomorrow. I was out of town this weekend but came home early. I cancelled my mail hold that was on until Tuesday but I don't know if the carrier (a substitute this week) will get it in time to deliver mail today or if it will come tomorrow. Watch your tracking numbers so you know the status. As soon as I can after they're in my hands, I'll send you each an email so you know your F8s are safe and inside out of this dreadful weather. I think the plastic packages would melt if they stayed outside too long...it's been feeling just that hot. Grrrrr.

Janice,
The squishes would try to float away if they were here in Florida this week. Lots of areas flooding. Everyone stay safe, dry and comfortable. I'm so looking forward to playing with all the pretties!
Cheers,
MJ

Is this all but two? Billi said she mailed on Monday. Have you heard anything from NanaKathy55?

Getting excited to see those fabrics!

Sewbizgirl, I'm waiting for 2 packages that are confirmed in the mail. I can send out the F8s to those who are only in Opal. That's you, Lstew2212, Lum and MonaG. The others are in both groups and I'll be holding F8 packages for the last four packages for Topaz to arrive for them.

How do the Opal members feel about 4 people getting their F8s ahead of the rest of the group? I'm torn on it but am leaning toward letting the first four go out when I've got them ready. The final date for blocks to be in my hands is 8/18 so it could be as much a week head start.

What say you, Opals?
