That's a pretty block, Lum. Hope you can get the other pictures to upload. I get so excited to see my fabric in a block.

GramE, you are tremendously blessed. I'm still waiting for grandchildren....

I agree with you, GramE. there is absolutely nothing like grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They are God's reward for not killing your own while they were teens. LOL There's nothing like those little arms around your neck. Melts your heart every single time.

billi - Thanks for such a lovely block. I appreciate it. The blue looks like a great match to me. And more thanks for the website of HST blocks. I've bookmarked the site.

Lum - great block for GramE. It's exciting to see what everyone comes up with in designing their blocks.

The funny thing is that photo wasn't showing when I posted, and I was trying to get a different one at the time.

here is pinwheel for sewbizgirl,
north wind for quiltermomma,
north wind for NanaKathy55,
and another pinwheel for moonrise. I used lavender and green.
Wow those are big.... sorry they did not look that big before I attached them.

lum - very nice blocks. My monitor shows 2 shades of gray with the top one (blue-grey and kinda beige grey). Is that what you used or is it just my eyes? Either way, very pretty. I love the swirls in the beige fabric.

Thank you,

The top one for sewbizgirl with the blue flowers has an almost "washed" blue that matches one of the blues in the flowers and the other is a gray with a silver swirl in it. No beige

Gram E you are truly blessed. My mother cherishes her grandchildren the same way. I love to hear her talk about them.

LUM, beautiful blocks.

Billi, thanks for the website on blocks with two colors. I have bookmarked also.

I plan on using your fabric with some purple. I already made you one with blue and green.
