"...there are a "couple" that are a little nuts...but thats what makes it fun!! They know who they are!! LOL"

    Huh! I resemble that remark!

Joan, I am glad your eyes are clearing. Mine did. But it took a few days longer than they said it would. But I only had one done & I got to keep my glasses! Big benefit.

Pat it was no inconvenience to me I didn't click on it, just glad you found it before anything bad was done.

I didn't even see that, you're right it does look like a star............hmmmmm that is a 12.5" finished 13" unfinished square, I know weird size that seems to happen a lot when woking with panels. Anyway I wonder if you used 2.5 inch squares made it a 10.5" then make it 12.5 by setting it on point. Would that make it even more star like or less?

Billi, Dr. Seuss quilt is great, love all the colors.

7 inches of snow fell overnight. Roads are terrible and they are saying tomorrow morning is going to be the coldest here in 30 years. For some ridiculous reason my dgd's horseback riding lessons haven't been cancelled. Dd will take her and I will be going over to watch younger ones. Thankful hubby has a big ole 4 wheel drive truck I will be using.

Joan glad you can see better now. I never regretted having the surgery either.

What at fun is being normal love being a " crazy"

Very cute Dr. Seuss quilt. I liked the blocks in between the panels too. It'll be interesting to see how it converts to a 12.5 " block.

Stay safe on the road, Terri.

Joan, glad you can see better now! Hallelujah!

Billi, I did the math and the little squares need to be 2.4 inches to come out at 12" finished. The on point idea is worth experimenting with too.

I'm off to my local quilting group meeting this morning... going to show my Boom quilt and explain the swap process. They want to do a friendship swap between group members! ACK! It's contagious....

trying to decide on fabric....either the same one from boom 17 so I can make a bigger quilt or orange and purple fabrics for a bright colorful donation quilt.
