Sewbizgirl and NanaKathy, I love my blocks. I think that bird quilt is going to be so pretty. All the blocks posted so far have been fantastic. Great job everyone. No blocks from me lately because I am working on a king-size t-shirt quilt. I always forget how labor intensive they are. And while I had my steam press out, I went ahead and put the stabelizer on the t-shirts for 3 other smaller quilts. The king size one is with Hard Rock shirts that belong to my nephew, one is for a charity fundraiser, one will be a graduation gift and one is mine, made with shirts from various zoos I have visited.

Great blocks today ladies.

Prednisone for gout that is unusual they usually prescribe allopurinol. Prednisone reduces inflammation but I didn't think it did anything for the uric acid build up. If you are interested in more natural treatments for gout, concentrated cherry juice works well for me when mine gets out of hand. A tbsp or so a day.

Ladies, I'm still stuck in the sewing area so I made more blocks for the fabric I sent in for the 2 groups. Then I decided to go through scraps and see what I could find, so far I had enough fabric for an extra block for these ladies. Trust me I will do more tomorrow...floor isn't done yet Those little bits of fabric require little bits of other fabric and I have nothing left that is over an inch wide. Hope you like these and maybe can use them.

Jaba, you are the bonus block angel today! I love mine. Thank you. I'm going to have some bonus blocks too when I finish with everyone's fabrics. I have a neat little stack of anything I think I can make another block from what's left. That will be my "mop-up detail" after all my main blocks are done. And , you know, I'm on the downhill drag here. What a revolting development that is!

Very productive day for you while being held captive in your sewing room, Jaba! Lovely batch of blocks! I think Libster's is my favorite, but then I am smitten by her fabric.

In fact, I did my block for Libster today, too. It's called Twisting Burrs.

After checking with my blood work from yesterday, my uric acid level is elevated. The Dr. called in another scrip for me to lower the uric acid. So, I should be on my way to recovery. Kass, I will remember the concentrated cherry juice for the future. Thanks for the info!

Jaba, you really are way ahead. Beautiful bonus blocks.
Sewbiz, I really like your block for Libster. That fabric is one of my favorites.
I made one block today for Kass but didn't take a picture yet. I will post it tomorrow.
