AQ, beautiful blocks and LJD's really catches my attention. Great job piecing that one in particular; colors work so well together, too. It's wonderful!

Lovely Easter weekend here. NOT. Twenty seven degrees here, had an inch of snow last night then turned cold. Roads are snow packed over the ice. Just have to love the Midwest.
hubby set up two tables in the garage and added risers to them. They are ready for me to spray baste some of the 20 plus charity quilts waiting to be quilted. Hope it works as planned

Great blocks anniequilts and Kass. I love what you do with Dresdens. I think a shower curtain is a great idea. If you do a shower curtain will you back and quilt it without batting?
Annie, I too have a lot of trouble cutting up the beautiful fabric. I couldn’t cut those little birdies into pieces either.

I have wanted a patchwork shower curtain for years, but other things are always higher priority. Never thought about batting. I planned a cotton lining (anything in this house has to be washable!) to hide the seams, and then a plastic liner.
