Default Boom Biz - shipping

FYI, blocks are coming in already! Just a reminder that if your blocks are finished and you wish to ship early, try for an arrival date at my address no later than next Friday, August 31. If your packages cannot arrive on or before August 31, please hold them until the next shipping window opens a couple of weeks into September. If you do ship, I’ll need your tracking number. I rely on you to do that so I know they are on the way. Thanks!

Love my spinner! What a great block design! You have captured great patrioticness (sounds like it should be a word....) Thank you!

I just got this quilt quilted. Made the top years ago from blue and brown scraps, but it was too big to quilt on my domestic Juki. So I had to wait until I got the big Juki. Had so much fun quilting it!

I've been calling it Jacob's Ladder because it contains the same blocks, but what's the right name for this arrangement? Anyone know?

Here's the crazy looking back, with all different thread colors.

Folks, I am applauding you with a standing ovation. These are amazing!! I don't get to sew except on the weekends so you've got me ready to sit down with my machine tomorrow night. I hope I have something pretty to add to the board by Sunday. Hugs to all including our soon-to-be Granny Sewbizgirl. Congrats!

It’s beautiful. As for the name. I don’t know. Just make one up yourself.

I posted the quilt in Pictures and asked the same question... Feline Fanatic told me it was a Buckeye Beauty arrangement, but with the values reversed. When you reverse the values, you get stars instead of buckeyes. Mystery solved!

And thank you, Janice and Terri!
