I'm sure that chemo was very tough on your body, Jaba. Give yourself time... Hope you feel better and stronger with every day.

Macybaby -- I'm speechless! Wonderful that you have a good space to display them!

I've been looking at all the posted fabrics -- beautiful and inspiring. I finally picked out mine. Stash shopping turned up smaller pieces of 4 bright florals with black backgrounds. Might ask for just WOW to tie them together. Will post a picture soon.

Janice -- I'm cutting from "smaller pieces" of yardage; F8's will be bigger than the requested minimum.

If it's Ok with Janice, I'll volunteer to take Jaba's 9 3/4 x22" piece. I love working with small pieces so would not have any trouble working with a piece that size compared to one more square.

Looks like I'm going to have some good sewing time this weekend. The forecast is calling for 6"-8" of snow on Friday, so DH won't be asking to go anywhere. I really should work on quilting. I love piecing way more than quilting so I've got a lot of tops waiting to be finished.

I got my 1/4 inch bias binding in the mail today so had to add it to the quilt center, I love how it looks. I need to do a little more quilting on the center, but otherwise the center is finished.

I love seeing all those old machines! Thank you for sharing. I hope someday you can work on all of them and have them up and running! Kass that is so pretty! I love the curves you added onto each block. Mine are still just sitting here, not sewing them selves together! LOL...Might get another 4-7" of snow this weekend. I have been using my PE770, trying to get use to it...so much to do so little time!

Jaba hope you get to feeling better..will continue saying prayers...I miss your chatter!

I am having preboom fun. I hope y’all have as much fun with the fabric as I’m having.

I forgot how how hard it is to get square photos.

MJP, that is one pretty block! You make me want to start on mine now. I agree with Sewbiz, the corners do remind me of bees.

Jaba, don't push yourself too hard. Just do what you feel comfortable doing. Your stamina will return with time. I'm happy that you feel well enough to sew with us this time. ((((((Hugs))))))

Kass, have you got all the nakeds dressed for this cold weather? (I know you do!) I've thought about them since this artic wave is coming in.
Everybody, remember to keep your pets warm and sheltered if possible. If we're cold, they're cold too.

Yes all dressed and a ice chest "bedroom" to keep body heat in overnight.
