I decided on this fabric. I want to keep the coral as the only pop of color, so will be asking for any Coordinating fabric to be black, white, or black/white prints.

I plan on getting my fabric ready tonight and mail it out tomorrow.

The bad news, FIL passed while we were in FL. I was able to get all the paperwork I needed so I can wrap things up without having to go back to FL.

The good news, we accepted a full asking price offer on our farmhouse while in FL. The buyers already sold their house and came with a confirmation letter of funds in the bank - so no appraisal or mortgage approval to worry about. We were already moved out and the house cleaned before it went on the market.

Cathy, so sorry for your loss. I hope you got to see FIL before he passed.

The sale of your house sounds like it went the best way possible. Congrats on the sale. Where are you going to live?

Very pretty I can't wait to get my hands on it. I am already trying to think of the perfect block.

Sorry to here about your FIL. It was fortunate that you could get everything you needed before your return home.
It is also exciting that you got your full asking price on the farm. It is great that things have gone smoothly there too. It is all so good when everything goes the way you want. Now maybe a great deal of stress will be removed and you can get back to enjoying your quilting!

Macybaby, you and your family have my condolences on your fil’s death. Hugs.

Good news about the home sale.

Love your fabric LAF! Looking forward to playing with it!

I've got a pile of fabric on my cutting board, just need to decide what to go with. It will be more than one as I don't have enough to send all in one print. I've got quilt guild tonight so I'll decide tomorrow evening and try to post pictures Thursday or Friday!

Thanks everyone.

We got lucky in that Allegiant has nonstop flights from South Dakota to Orlando on Thursdays and Sundays, and they still have seats left so we got down there Thursday afternoon.

DH and I had been working hard to get the farmhouse cleaned and ready to sell, and got it all done last Sunday - so it was on the market for less than a week, and we had three offers to choose from. And I'd been worried we were asking too much and it would take months and months to sell!

Now I can concentrate on my sewing again - I've not had time to take pictures of the new sewing studio yet.

Welcome to all the newbies. I am sure you will enjoy yourselves! I am sending two fabrics. Most of you will get the beer fabric and 4 will get the bees.

Ok, guess I will have to learn how to add photos again since it does not give me the option to search for the picture on my computer but wants an URL instead. Don't have time to learn it now.
