Love the fabrics beginning to pop up here! Reminds me I better get moving on the gallery.

A quick reminder that fabric needs to be 10x18 inches at a minimum and that’s with selvages already removed. I know an inch here or there doesn’t seem like much, but I learned in some old Booms that one inch becomes two inches which become three inches short so I’ve needed to get strict on minimum size. Please feel free to go larger but no smaller. If anyone has any questions about their fabric sizes, please don’t hesitate to discuss it with me.

Also, how does the 2 month group feel about sending two F8s per person (not including yourself)? As we currently have 8 people signed up, you could send me 14 and everyone would get 2 of your F8s. The other option is to do the full group’s worth and you send me 19. Everyone would get a handful of triplicates, a total of 19 F8s. I’m inclined to say 19 so you get the most for your mailing dollars but I’ll put it up for a vote. 14 or 19? Think about it and let me know. It’s your swap, not just mine.

Thanks everyone!

My vote would be for 19 F8s. I don't mind doing duplicates of a fabric. All the blocks will be different anyway.

I’m ok with either and I don’t mind doing duplicates either.

I vote for the 19 also and hope everyone will use different complimentary fabric for each block. I might be changing my mind on the fabric I send and use assorted winter theme fabric

Looks like we’re leaning towards 19 in the 2 month group so far.

Am babysitting the grand today. She’s been quite sleepy all morning but we played blocks and playdoh and pretend sleep. She wanted her grandpa to take naps but then she kisses him awake. Lol. Also read books and rolled things around. Now she’s napping after lunch and I expect it will be quiet for a couple of hours. Oh, the simplicity of little children.

Enjoy your day.

Wonderful! So great to see the world anew through innocent eyes.

I am good with whatever number blocks the group wants to do. I do get bored with multiples, but will suck it up for the greater good. 😂. Lol.

MJP, that is absolutely stunning! I remember seeing it as a work in progress when I came to visit you. WOW! You are my inspiration. I can't wait to retire and spend more time in Encinitas!
